Here I bring you my IRC plugin for CS2D. It works on a client based system, it connects a client to certain IRC server and channel (using CS2D's channel by default)

• Installation
Just unzip it on your CS2D folder

• How to use: Chat commands
!irc [Message] -> Sends a message to the IRC channel
!ircconnect -> Attempts to reconnect to the IRC channel
!ircdisconnect -> Disconnects from the IRC channel

MAJOR UPDATE: This Lua script is now working for all the available operating systems, however the socket core was changed to LuaSocket and you need to install file us [Lua 5.1] LuaSocket 3.0 x86 Windows/Linux/MacOS in order to get it running. IF YOU ARE A WINDOWS USER PLEASE READ IT'S FILE DESCRIPTION

It's kinda pointless because there's only Win32 DLL library, you should also provide Linux one.

@user zazz: This is a chat tool, used to communicate your CS2D server to an IRC Server. The IRC server handles a chat host, so we can connect CS2D's chat to an IRC chat and we can have a conversation from CS2D to another IRC chat program.
