.tk sites that have not been registered suddenly exist when someone searches it for advertisement purposes (Yesterday it was a broken link, now it works). Just disable all your bullshit addons on your browser and you should be fine.
Basically no links are safe. Even a legit website that uses ads can infect your PC. But it's pretty hard to do that and the website code must have some awesome trickery at its use or it isn't possible. If your not sure about a link; google it. Best solution there is.
But still. If you are using FireFox they have some addon that protects you from these sort of attacks. Keeping your browser and PC up to date is also a good solution as developers find and fix these little cracks. I still remain with google as if the site can infect you; google will know.

I do get what he means with the way CS2D uses the machete and knife to attack. But I'm not going to let that effect me positioning the weapon other than how I want it to be.
