Simply a user stats editor, you can edit all the player's stats with this tool.

• Installation
Place StatsEditor.jar (or statseditor.exe if you don't have Java installed on your computer) in your CS2D folder.

• How to use
1. Start StatsEditor.jar (or statseditor.exe).
2. Select a entry from the Listbox/Combobox (each entry corresponds to a U.S.G.N. Id)
3. Modify it.
4. Press 'Save Stats'.
5. Profit.

The program itself hasn't got viruses, but if you don't trust my software then I'll put open source.

I don't get why Mafia_Man is banned. The upload really has no point seeing as you can edit the file easily. It's nice, just pointless if you know what to do.

Bad mod that does not understand the rules is obvious.

Very good. Like.
Good for Jail/Zombie Plague bcz you can change the score of a player after he Freekills* or Spawnkill*.
I hate when someone get score by Spawnkilling on ZP servers,with this i can take screen to show to admin and no more problem ;).

@user palomino: Not exactly, the content of the userstats is compiled in 4 bytes for every value... except the name which is a line. You can also edit it if you know the format of the userstats file but it is harder for people which doesn't know stuff about programming and scripting.
