This file adds new layout for Win 7/8 that allows to write "cyrillic" symbols in CS2D. I used western encoding for cyrillic symbols, so for exmaple instead of ЙЦУКЕН you will be writting ÉÖÓÊÅÍ. And to prevent losing diacritics in game i used german language with keyboard name "Русская - западная".

For CS2D you also need to have another font which you can download here.

This video shows how it works.

Thanks to Mø®a-{®u§} i guessed that it will work in Win 7/8.
