old Insurgency: Sandstorm Players & NPC

this mod replaces players and NPC with characters from Insurgency: Sandstorm.
I also have weapons and sounds, but they need to be completed.
soldier and zombie have alternative versions. You can replace them by removing the "alt" at the end of their name and delete the old one/rename him.
