goto Downloads Page2)
press Cave Story(Japanese) and download that.(Deluxe version is filled with crap that you will find useless)3)
press English translation patch by Aeon Genesis, or whichever language you want.4)
extract both Cave Story(Japanese) and the English translation patch by Aeon Genesis(or whichever one you downloaded)5)
Double click the Aeon Genesis translation patch installer. Press Next until you reach the point where it has a browse button and lead it to the folder with the doukutsu Executable in it. It will patch it up.6)
Enjoy and play by using the Doukutsu.exe file~Controls
Z = Attack
X = Jump
Q = Item Screen
W = Map
S = Switch Wep
A = Switch Wep
Through the Doukutsu Config, you can change the keys.
