I had a virus that open 5Ads in 1min ( Still hard to delete them ) ( i onetime deleted all the programme that was running "Inculding the virus" From the processor, the virus blocked, but back in about 1min or less )
That virus keep the annoying about 3Months until i bought my new awesome pc ( i was lucky to have 2pc when my pc was effected by Virus
I only got one serious virus in my entire life (I used Windows back then), which turned my wallpaper to black, infected stuff, slowed everything down, etc.
My worst virus infect storage devices...as hard-disk or pen drive... sd card... and i can't open it...
Virus name: Autorun Inf virus... i always deleted autorun.inf file but everytime respawned.XD
I sucked it.. so i reinstalled windows...
i think when i got my new pc.. i will install linux..to stop these f*ck*ng viruses:/

If you think linux is virus-free then you're totally wrong. It's even easier to find exploit because linux is open-sourced.

You must be mentally retarded to enter root password into malware application. Unless otherwise, you're safe. If anyone is using root for everyday stuff (browsing net, etc.), I got some sad news for them.

Yes. But it is also faster to fix those security holes.
In my opinion the weirdest virus I've ever had in my PC's were a type of WinSock corruptionvirus with more epic fail sauce bound to it. I was almost forced to reformat my Windows XP SP2 computer because of it, eventually I just formatted because the internet worked for like 5 minutes but then it was gone for the rest of the time. It's a weird virus.
It's probably one of the nastiest viruses ever invented to date too...
