if game-already install == cs2d then if game reinstall == cs2d > duplicate then cs2d > duplicate is no sound and cs2d has only sound
they're 4 solution to get sound
1.copy and paste your old cs2d game that sound are working they have chance duplicate cs2d game and working sound but some times the sound not working.
2.uninstall your cs2d game in all your duplicate but other there are the sound working.
3.change the volume of ur speaker and computer if not work for that umm nothing find ur solution if your speaker volume or computer are working the 1,2,4 are solution.
4.this no.4 solution 95.9% are solution, change your all sound in sfx(folder) my cs2d game are duplicate are the sound not working but i change mp3 or ogg file sound on that folder and the sound working again you can find here this url and change ur cs2d/sfx(folder)

Reinstall doesn't use, did you try delete all cs2d related folder and download again and install?

You have to select a sound driver which fits your system!
1 - Open the options menu
2 - Select the sound tab
3 - Select another sound driver
4 - confirm with "Okay"
5 - Restart CS2D and check if the sound works right now
Repeat the previous steps until sound works fine
For windows users "FreeAudio DirectSound" is the best choice in many cases.
No driver works? "OpenAL" drivers are not in your sound driver list? Install and try OpenAL!
Get OpenAL at connect.creativelabs.com/openal/Downloads
