I just upgraded my Linux partition to Linux Mint 8 (32 bit OS), which is based on Ubuntu 9.10. Now I am having problems getting the CS2D client to run (server works fine). I have installed libstdc++5. When I launch CS2D it crashes with segmentation fault. I am running windowed mode and I have tried with different number of colours. It worked fine with Linux Mint 7. Has anyone been able to get it to run on this version of Linux Mint or Ubuntu 9.10?
That's interesting you got it to work, DaveRodec. Which version of libstdc++5 did you install? I have 1:3.3.6-18 and I got it from here (couldn't find it in the package manager): http://packages.debian.org/stable/base/libstdc++5
