There is for example Batllefield 4's single player section. It looks awesome, but it's kinda boring.

Consoles are not games. Naturally, the console with a better capability in the area of graphics is better than one without. There is no "story card", that is up to game developers. Therefore, you must consider the computing power of the console's components. The PS4 is considerably better in that regard.

Dude the PS4's graphics are a 'bit' better not considerably besides the new COD can you name any other game that looks way better on the PS4...most of the others look the same.
Corvallis5: It has 192 more streaming processors in it's graphics chip and has a conventional x86_64 processor. That is way better, and also more open to PC developers, so it is a wise decision.Also, better hardware != better looking games. You will find that there comes a point where the only algorithm that will look better than the currently used one requires a 100x performance increase to reach interactive frame rates. This, coupled with the fact that the developers actually have to write their games to run on both platforms means that they can't actually take advantage of the better hardware due to development times.
