What they have to do :

Well their job is easy but just take time , he/she go to servers that is pouplar and many players in it and spectate and if there any hacker he have to check his usgn and ban him / her

An extra thing maybe they can put an fake usgn so hackers don't really notice them from tab

Maybe its dumb post but i think its have to be added so

As user Jite said: Server owners are responsible for their servers. Not Unreal Software. They can decide themselves who should have the powers to do administrative stuff. This is actually much better and gives them more freedom.

A global rank for this which works on all servers would also be a very insecure and risky thing. Imagine one of these accounts gets hijacked. The person who has it could ban everyone on every server. Fun thing. Or just shut down every server. Hooray.

btw: Not even my admin account has any special permissions on CS2D servers.

Banning accounts requires trust. Server owners might try to get accounts of innocent people globally banned. This is or could be a problem.

Anyway: Banning the account completely doesn't give you any benefit when talking about a specific server only. It's equal to banning the U.S.G.N. ID from that server. The guy could still play without login or create a new account. In both cases.
