This script makes DM parts in Standard gamemode, so, you can respawn AND plant/defuse the bomb or rescue hostages.
(I don't know about VIP)

You could've made it shorter and faster and you should try checking if the spawn entities are active ( entity(x, y, "state") ), but it's still very good. I won't rate it, because I don't want to lower your rating ;).

make the mp_c4timer to 90, so it will be more interesting
