Are you Server Admin and there are some spammers on your server?
And you don't want to kick them?
Now you can mute them with my script!
You can do:

Mute players

Unmute players

Read the README.txt for more information.

Have fun muting players.

I havent tested this lua but it sounds like this http://www.unrealsoftware.de/files_show.php?file=6847 this is an admin script but read his descpribtion it has mute and i used that script it can mute and unmute as this crap -.- so i think he stole (stole a part of it and made it own)
