Sorry for my bad english.. 
If they really want, they can kill your server(Of course if they have got enough experience for it.) You can make your server with USGN Required Login option, but they able to create thousand and thousand new profile (until moderators ban their accounts, but they able to create again new one..) You can ban their IP, but they able to renew it, if they don't have fix ip. And they have many more way to make your server offline..You just can protect your servers for a bit time..

It isn't a problem to update such thing like cheat for cs2d for crackers, they don't even need to sometimes because those cheats find addresses in memory themselves. They are mostly breaking when user DC changes the positions of fields in player object.

Therefore, protecting against hacks is nearly impossible.
If you really want to see no hackers, you'll have to find a well moderated server. I won't go through the serverlist to find such but I make sure to make mine as clean as possible
also I'm quite positive that HC fun is hacker-free too. Mind that I don't visit other servers so I won't know if any more of them are are well moderated.Now about the thread itself :
DC clearly said that it's impossible to prove that someone is a hacker unless that person has links to hacks and/or admits that he hacks in one way or another. Any kind of media can be faked and you can forget about commenting :I saw you hacking today in my server and I banned you there. I have server logs where you say that you'll make another account and continue hacking in my server.
Obviously this is made up, but if it wasn't, who says that I can't re-write logs to falsely accuse you of hacking?
You just gotta listen to tips we told you and well... try to enjoy the game..
Reporting hackers won't help at all in any way so I'll be closing this thread now. I hope you understand.

massiveguy: Videos can be faked as well. However if a person is dumb enough to link the YouTube account in the US profile/signature and upload hack videos there then the case is quite obvious and will of course lead to a U.S.G.N. ban (yes, these things already occurred). 1
