Some people have this problem with the official connection through their account.

To play on servers with your USGN account that you created in cs2d, you need to do these steps:

1. Go to the folder and file sys/usgn.dat
2. Instead of the data that is there, replace it with this 217.154.200.83|usgn.de
(Official IP)
Done! now you are an online player again
