Only the old SOPMOD and new RIS version are removable tho. Its also has the rear iron peep sight built in at the back.

the barren and forward grip is still too short to be and M16

Its still not bad just rename this version and call it a AR-16 the civilian carbine version of the M16s. After that just make the barrel and forward grip longer and it would be a proper M16 rifle.

RIS stands for Rail Interface System and it refers to the rails on the side of guns that let you add accessories like scopes and flashlights.[Google is your friend]

To the skin:I like it,but it doesnt look so much as M16A3

Nay, this is definitely not a M16.
I suggest you go to Wikipedia and look for an M16.

Not bad but it looks more like an AR-16 than and M16A3. for one thing its too short to be a rifle.
