Sorry for late answer, its easy.. Use any software/stuff/whatever like MS Paint (I used this one it rocks!).
Then choose your selected color and combine them into something!

Its the carry handle that also double as the rear aiming post on default M-16s, AR-15/16s, & M4A1s

Basically this thing which on the newer M4s & M16s with a rail interface system are removable & are attached to the top just like EOTECH & Trijicon optical sights.

there is no ,m4a1 with that "aiming,carrying"thing on the top you knew it.
thats what makes the m4 diferent and special.

Yup, only the shading is much smoother.
Nevertheless, this is a good skin set as always, and should get a good rating. As always.

I looked carefully at those M4s and I see no difference except for those shadings.
